2. Deliverables & Value Proposition

Requirement Analysis: Dedicated problem statement and architecture session.
Development: Custom AI algorithm, database design, and user interface.
Testing & Validation: Rigorous biological/physical accuracy checks.
Documentation: Comprehensive user guides and technical deployment manuals.
Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of minor adjustments upon completion.

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work: Delstarford Works (DSW) agrees to provide model development services strictly as outlined in the official technical proposal.

2. Payment Terms: Work commences strictly upon receipt of the Phase 1 (30%) deposit. Final Intellectual Property (IP) and source code are released upon receipt of the Phase 3 (50%) final payment.

3. Timelines: Timelines provided are estimates. DSW operates a 5-Silo consortium and will communicate any required biochemical testing delays immediately.

4. Client Obligations: The Client agrees to provide necessary datasets, API keys, and feedback within 48 hours of requests to avoid project stalling.

5. Confidentiality: DSW operates under strict data security protocols and agrees not to disclose, share, or sell proprietary client data or models.

6. Intellectual Property: Upon full 100% payment, the Client owns irrevocable rights to the specific custom solution. DSW retains rights to our internal foundational architectures (e.g., DexaGen base code).

7. Termination: If the Client cancels the project after Phase 1 completion but before Phase 2 initiation, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable as it covers immediate operational resources.
